VAT 10% included in the price.
Check in: From 3 pm - Check out: 11 am
We do not have a reception, so telling us approximate time of arrival is indispensable.
In order to guarantee the reservation, 30% of total amount will be paid before arrival.
Cancellation policy: If the reservation is canceled, the remaining 70% of the total amount will not be charged if the cancellation occurs more than 7 days in advance.
Deposit: we will charge 200 € on your arrival.
