La Parcel·la in Riumar has a private pool and more than 1,000 m² of land without neighbors. A cottage with the typical palm trees, which is not visible from the outside and parking spaces for 3 cars in a closed area next to the house that also belongs to La Parcel·la.
Double room
The main room at La Parcel·la is a large room with own bathroom. It also has a closet, chest of drawers and two nightstands. In addition, we have the option to have a cot (on request). Blankets also on request.
Triple room
A perfect room for children to enjoy, with three single beds, a nightstand for each one and a closet. Fully equipped with bed linen. Blankets on request.
Double or twin room
Double room with two single bed option with previous notice, nightstand and a large closet. Also equipped with bed linens. Blankets on request.
Kitchen and living room
The kitchen is equipped with dishes and kitchen utensils. In addition, there is a large living room with two sofas and a table for 8 people.
Bathroom
In la Parcel·la you will have 1 private bathroom in the double room and another shared bathroom, with shower. In addition, there is a toilet with access from the living room. We do NOT provide towels.
Barbacue
Between the house and the pool you will find the barbecue with everything you need to cook. There is also a sink and the washing machine.
